Our head chef and creative director since the very first day. Combines the nostalgia of his Peruvian roots with the inspiration he gained living and working outside of Lima. After being shaped in cities like San Sebastian, London, Madrid and Luxembourg he landed in 2018 in Zurich and is indulging us ever since with his creativity and drive for excellence.

Our founder and host. On a mission to show Switzerland what the Peruvian soil has to offer. Has fulfilled her childhood dream with Barranco, bringing the Peruvian tastes and positive vibes of her motherland to her hometown, Zurich.
